I really think this thinning is due to my sleep Deprivation been with it since i was in grade 5, I never want to sleep and it's not my parents didn't care they told me about it but I still kept on it. I'm planning to sleep normaly.

Both father and mother side has no bald guys. Only my father tho. My older brothers arer not bald neither they have thick hair and aged 25-30

Do you think it's about Sleep Deprivation?
Any advice to promote fast regrowth?

'Only my father tho' DING DING we have a winner!
Post a picture and we can tell you it's male pattern baldness.

That's a new one though 'sleep deprivation' but I've never heard of someone going bald by not sleeping enough.

I suffer from some mild insomnia, and when I first succumbed to male pattern baldness, my father thought it was because I wasn't sleeping well enough.

To OP: If you're losing your hair, there's a 99+ percent chance it's Androgenetic Alopecia. Also, if you have no known family history of Androgenetic Alopecia doesn't mean that you're exempt from going bald. There's been a lot of guys on this forum that don't have any family members with Androgenetic Alopecia but yet they're going bald. Losing your hair because of sleep deprivation would be like one in a million chance for the cause of alopecia.

I wonder whether you finally found the connection. I also have sleeping issues and don't know if they impact my hair loss problem.

Sleep definitely affects hair health. Chronic deprivation can mess with hormones and growth cycles. It's great you're planning to fix your sleep! Try using a comfy setup. I personally ordered a memory foam futon and it works great for me. I'm glad that I decided to contact mainstays customer service and chose exactly this futon. Now I know for sure that a better rest might help overall.
