YES!

A shampoo with selenium sulfide has done wonders for me everytime I had this irritations. Believe me, it's very good stuff.

you can also buy some tea tree oil and add 2,5 ml per 100ml shampoo.

My scalp kept itching, then I started Spectral DNC and now I´m fine!

I tried kirkland minoxidil didnt help, but spectral did the trick

Well for me what keeps the dandruff and itching at bay is a wash with apple cider vinegar twice a week. Just leave it overnight and wash it the next morning. It works for me so it might work for you so its worth a shot.
