daylightcloseup1_zps5468d922.jpg daylightcloseup2_zps3d9d5516.jpg Very noticeable... It reminds me like when I wanted to try to change my eyecolor with the best colored contact lenses that are out there without a doubt. But when you come closer to 2feets I can guarantee that you can see the pixels that are used to allow you to see.

I don't know about you but when I'm speaking to someone face to face I do it even closer than 2fts. So as colored contact lenses are bullsh*t, what about hairsystems in the closeup sceneario...

Are there better systems?

i think its the 'style' i think its hard to have that style without 'baby' hairs around your forehead their is not a gradation.

do they have styles that do not accentuate the hair line so much?

Bad system. I don't even think the knots are bleached.

Looks like black dots all over the scalp.

A good hair system will look like hair growing from the scalp. Don't believe anyone's bullshit, if it doesn't look like growth from the scalp its garbage.

my first piece had the dot issue, along with not being properly graduated.

That's a poor system from the manufacturer, and to a trained eye will look detectable.

A properly bleached unit will have the hairs slightly blonde where they are knotted off. it will transition, and blend with the skin.

this or being nw7? choose

He has a right to have a good system, not a piece of crap. He is the client...

That is an injected thinskin unit, so there are no knots. You can see the edge of the 'skin' base in several places if you look carefully. The hairs have been injected in a very mechanical pattern, which doesn't look natural, and each hair is looped at the base, rather than being injected separately. So not a good look, and there are certainly much better pieces available. Personally I don't think skin bases are suitable for an exposed hairline style like this; you need lace.

However, the real problem with this guy's photos is that he is far too bald for this hairpiece. There has to be a balance between where your (artificial) hairline is positioned and the degree of recession in your side hair, otherwise the hairpiece looks like an omelette sitting on your head, as this one does. To some extent you can mitigate receding temples and sides by adding flaps onto your hairpiece, but after a certain point that ceases to look natural, and then you need a full wig. That is the situation with this guy. A standard hairpiece would never work for him, no matter how "high end" it was.

So let's say that you're balding (no androgenetica, just massive shedding unknown cause), so you will have hair in all areas but in a low range density.

What kind of hairsysten would fit better?

My current hair is like the uploaded photo, since my silhouette is very weird when I get my hair cut to short length.

That hair system looks bad. If you do some reasearch you'll find some great results.

Can't really understand what you're asking Pacopico. You look like you could be doing shampoo commercials in that photo.

Multilayering can be so tricky. If I get my hair cut it would be a joke.

I know what I'm talking about. 3 years shedding 300-500 hairs daily.

So I'm a few steps close to have to use a hairsystem

Being NW7 is better, because you have the freedom to do everything you want.

With a hair piece, all you can do is 'look nice' at some quiet parties. Great.

Oh brother. Again with the "waaah I can't go camping if I'm wearing!!". Everything a person wth a full head of hair does, I do as though I have one. I often even forget I'm wearing.

People with this attitude must have been doing something wrong when they tried. I blame these old guard hair replacement places like Hair Club or Virtual Reality. A lot of these people didn't know what they were doing.

I once spoke with a rep from one of these places with a dead cat on his head who didn't even want to let me have the hair I wanted. He wanted a lot of money too. Once I went DIY and mastered the learning curve the problem was virtually solved. I re-attach about once every 3-4 weeks and I am a sweater.

Yeah, but pretty much everyone knows Johnny wears at this point ... so even if he had some great piece glued to his skull ... people would still know he's wearing a wig...

What I can't understand about Travolta is what suddenly changed. He must have been wearing for years without anyone noticing. He wasn't even on the list of usual suspects, with Affleck, Enrique Iglesias, Dan Abrams etc. He totally got away with it, and then all of a sudden he turns up at some movie premier with an inch of bare lace clearly visible glued onto his forehead, and bam! everybody now knows he's wearing. So what changed? Did he just decide one day that he doesn't care any more if his fans know he's bald and wearing a piece? Did he lose his good wig guy? Can't figure it out at all.
