What are you doing these days? Do you believe that you're in a good place with respect to recreational drug use?

Weed use has been controlled, I use correctly now except for maybe once every two months when I have loads to spare and binge for a few unsociable unproductive days.

Alcohol I have a problem with, I have a no spirits rule which I pretty much stick to. Spirits lead me to memory loss and dumb sh*t. I still drink far to much health wise, it's such a social thing in Ireland it's impossible to keep to the recommended units without being unsocial. Plus I use sometimes when depressed.

I have quit smoking forever.

I only use mdma once a year. Or even less, haven't used in 18 months. Very special occasion.

Real LSD is rare it's mostly all those new replicated drugs (can't remember the name of the most common one), people here think it's lsd but it's not. It's more dangerous, less studied, and far less enjoyable. So I stay away from it. But if I come across real LSD then I take it, have only used twice and both were the most bizarre and wonderful times of my life.

2cb is an amazing drug, use it about once a year, little studies on the danger but it's a very light psychedelic, with no come down at all.

Caffeine daily.

Xanax before a date or when I'm having panic attack.

Cocaine about once every 3 months. Most over rated drug imo. Snort > feel good > feel bad > snort bigger amount > feel good > repeat until out > feel f*****g terrible for a day. I only use because my friends do and it's a good buzz. But would gladly never use again if my mates stopped.

Overall alcohol is likely the most damaging drug I use, I will have to change my habits soon or face problems when I'm older.

Never used opiates and hope I never do.

Lol you worry about being unsociable and unproductive for even just a few days? Idk maybe you can enjoy things for their own sake rather than be "productive" 24/7

Thats how i see what people often call a "waste" of time

Anyways i dont like how you project how weed affects you on to everyone else. I get more productive on it, without it im too depressed and unmotivated to even do the dishes or clean the house. However i wont be one of those guys who thinks weed is a panacea for all lifes problems, just saying how it is for me

I agree with most of your post but what is a "psychopat"?
A crazy New England Patriots player?

Clinical definition of psychopaths as a mental disease in majority of cases is not a condition that manifests itself in a clear black-white way like its physiological counterpart, but rather as a diffuse set of personality signs that implicates the disease. All psychopats are not the same, and their personality traits will often differ just as much as with 'normal' people. However, there are still some signs that psychologists can identify that moves the selected patient closer to the spectre.

Psychopatic traits are much dicussed, and just like with other mental disorders we've yet to clearly map the terrain (human brain) and so much more to learn. Hell, we don't even know what makes short term memory in form of electrical impulses transcend to long term memory which correlates with chemical changes in neurons/synapses - the ability to learn.

Now, psychopaths: First of all, they show extreme levels of egocentricity. People with this disorder will often have an antisocial behaviour which will also have the taste of amoral counscience. They have clear difficulties to establish meaningful relationships with both things and people, because their lackage of the ability to love, care, have sympathy nor be able to feel sentiment. Because of these traits, they will more than often repeat same pattern of behaviour to get what they want, so manipulation with people around them is inevitable. Also, because of lackage of ability to 'feel' certain things, they will often always find exuses outside of themselves, never is it their fault. This will more han often translate in stuck behavioural patterns, leaving them in bad relationships, bad decision (criminals etc more incidence of psychotism).

With this in mind it's easy and tempting to think of one or two psychopats one knows of, however one must understand the relativity and spectre of personalities. Everyone has their own goals and craving, but it's the extreme examples of those that I'm talking about. Not black-white.

Hope this clarifies things for you.
One more thing; there are estimates that as much as 10% of the population in certain areas/disciplines belong in the psychopatic category, but especially psychopaths that are highly intelligent are most dangerous. That is because intelligence does not guarantee morale. Hitler is one example of this.

Cheers

You're very defensive when it comes to weed exo.

I'm sharing my experience, the vast majority of people have no problems with weed. To the point that even telling people I have problems with weed is likely to result in laughter as if I'm joking. I don't tell people as it's embarrassing. Weed is an easy drug to use right for many people. I just struggled for a long time to use it correctly.

And it affects people differently.

Also we really only get the downer type of weed in Ireland (indica or sativa can't remember). Because it's quicker to grow.

I'm sorry that you have to deal with so much man. That's really rough and you have a lot to cope with. Since my problems are different, I have a very hard time relating.

I watched the new "Alcohol" documentary on Netflix and I learned that 20% of people don't get hangovers in alcohol, which I found educational. I've never had a hangover let alone a blackout, in spite of sometimes getting really drunk. I guess I have some immunity to alcohol's more ravenous effects, and the addiction. A bottle of whiskey or wine can stay in my cupboard for 1 or 2 years and I'll be in no hurry to finish it.

Have you considered checking into rehab, or going clean for an extended period?

First of all, none of use have perfect genetics, others get more diseases others look unglier or weaker. That's nature, and it's a b**ch. I am below average height, not that, my hair starts falling and I am 19. I have tons of friends and I can still attract girls and sometimes easier for a long term thing than my taller more good looking counterparts. But that wasn't the case when I was a teen, when I had full head of hair, fairly muscular for my age body and above average for my age height. Why? Because I now perceive myself as strong and confident, even though I know i am full of flaws. The way you perceive your self is noticable to the others, even if you think you are the most pleasant person.

The only thing you can do is improve yourself, read, learn new skills, workout, study and get a good job, be confident fake it till you make it, wear a hair system for gods shake, whatever makes you feel better. I am not promising you a perfect life and a perfect social life. But I can promise you both of these aspects will drastically improve. Don't seek your happiness from the approval of the others and both of these things will come to you. Don't cry about how you were made, make yourself.
