Spectral DNC Color & Formula Change ?

To all users who use Spectral DNC has anyone noticed that the formula color has changed from a orangey color to a more yellowish ? Did they change there formula again, has anyone noticed that the color & smell has changed a bit... this is the first time I noticed this, since the change to the SP serial batch...

Can anyone purchase this stuff or do you have to be a hairdresser etc.
Is it only available in the US as i`m in the uk and have to use just for men which i dont like much.

ive been using DNC for about a year now it had changed a bit the applicator no longer clogs the smells is a little better and it dont stain at all. there also have been two new ingredients added.

And avalibility in the UK is very good just type spectral dnc in to google and hit search uk there lots of online shops selling this product.

I have tried spectral DNC-L its very potent I cant use it its gives me bad palpitations

yes they definately altered the formula it is much more yellow now and i can notice some staining if i dont rub it in enough, but when i first started spectral this wasnt even an issue so i know that something has change. i have been using it for like 10months now and it has regrown alot of vellus hair and maybe some terminal.im hoping that one day the vellus will turn to dark terminal hair but i doubt it. although i think the spectral is helping me maintain some hair. im using it across the hairline and i never experience any really noticable shedding. its expensive tho alot more than rogaine foam. i would switch to the foam simply for cost reasons but i am afraid that i will shed alot and i dont wna risk it plus i would like for these vellus to go terminal but who knows

Are you sure? I have the latest batch here and I swear that its more clear it dont stain at all maybe your supplier sent you on old bottle? unless you get a far newer release to us in the uk. I wont bother with rogaine foam again I switch from dnc for a bit it ate my hairline!!!! as for me its maintained what I have but then again I dont keep to a strict twice a day!

yea i dont know i get my stuff from folica.com to me it seems more yellow and stain prone but who knows it could be in my head it does however seem to maintain im definately gonna continue using it if it aint broke dont fix it right lol

To be sure about the new appreance of DNC and smell, I went and picked up another bottle of DNC from a local distributor.... The bottle was the same. It had a more yellowish tint & smell. I even emailed DS Labs & got this lame @ss repsonse.

Hi

can you guys post your batch numbers I just got a latest bottle 990468 its now clear and smells like waterd down washing up liquid its giving me bad side effects headaches palpitations and hot flushing!!! my old bottle was fine that was batch 706170 it seems the newer bottles comes woth a sprayer cap now aswell.

I worried I cant use this product anymore after a year!!

Yes, one of the most recent production batches of Spectral DNC is a lighter color and the smell is a bit different as well. The serial numbers on this batch of Spectral DNC should look like this: SP0182396

I've asked our Research & Development department for the details of the latest updates that were made to the Spectral DNC formula and will get back to you with their reply.

Dear Carl,

I've asked our Research & Development to clarify the specific changes/updates that have been made to the latest Spectral DNC formula and will let you know when they reply.

Perhaps it may help if you try using a smaller dosage of Spectral DNC for awhile and then slowly working up to the regular amount.
You can also use Spectral RS for maintenance of the hair that has grown in.
