Spectral DNC treatment or normal Minoxidil 5%?

Just wanted a few peoples opinion on this treatment, should I buy 'SPECTRAL® DNC - Treatment for Thinning Hair (MINOXIDIL 5% / AMINEXIL SP94 / RETINOL) ' which is on this website

Or should I go with the normal Minoxidil 5%?
