Yes I use the 5% cream. I never noticed a horrible odor. I mean it does have a certain smell to it but it is definitely not noticeable unless it is right under your nose.
I think the spironolactone/Xandrox combo definitely takes care of the DHT while also strengthening your hair. I am still on Propecia as well and have been for 5-6 years. I feel at this point that I might start taking smaller dosages until I'm off all together.
