I picked up the spironolactone cream from my Dr today and used two times so far. It is none of the brand we see online. I am not sure how he makes it or he gets it from someone else and put his own label. The smell is okay. But it feels like there is sand in the cream. After the cream is dry, there are white granules left on the skin. Is it normal?

that does not happen with my spironolactone cream.. sounds as though the cream did not dissolve the spironolactone very well.. i would be taking it back to your doctor for an explanation.
