spironolactone + KETO together in cream

What do you think about connect them in one cream?
4% spironolactone + 1% keto. Whether there are any interactions beetwen them?
I think its good idea, ketokonazolum will block conversion to DHT and spironolactonum will block androgen receptors. Any advice?

theres a guy on hairlosshelp (RC i think) who got in touch with a swiss pharmacy that offered to compound a spironolactone + keto cream for him...i dont know if he's tried it or not, but its worth looking into i think

I doubt that any pharmacy could do it for individual person.
Ive saw him o HLH but i think he is only using spironolactone cream alone, maybe keto cream too but on other topical.
I am making my own spironolactone cream that i am courious that keto will help, but i have no idea about interactions between them in one solution. I dont want to risk.
