Does anybody know what are the long-term effects of spironolactone? I've just been recently diagnosed with Androgenetic Alopecia and now I'm weighing my options.
spironolactone - is on of them but I'm concerned about using a medication that I'm gonna have to use for the rest of my life. What happens twenty years from now on this medication? Will my ears fall off? But I've managed to save some hair<---sarcasm
