I'm 24 and I start losing my hair,

yes my family and especially my father start losing his hair at 50 but me 24 !!!IT's too early, so I want to find a way to stop this problem and after a lot of research, I found minoxidil and finasteride but I see a lot of success with this drugs of finasteride but also a lot of side effects especially about libido and ED,

I don't know if this is a real or just a fake but will I be forced to sacrifice my libido and erection to regain my hair? especially if I use finasteride ?
