Started gaining weight for the first time in my life. Gonna start dieting today

I already have a decent physique but I want to fill our my shirts being small boned means one looks smaller with clothes on. Been eating a sh*t ton of food daily, only picked up 2kgs in a month my goal is 70kgs to 85kgs lmao

16% is very healthy, that's below average fat levels , you won't be at risk of disease because of that fat level. Unless you're referring to the fat in your belly which has scientifically shown to be the worst kind of fat

How tall are you?

5'11 or 180cm

What was your diet man? Besides the junk food. Im been packing chicken, tuna and rice mostly. An taking mass gainer of course. I went from 68 to 70kgs only fml

It's sh*t lol. I eat take out a lot, however I usually go for the higher protein options, extra meat. Skip the carbs/fries or whatever. 1-2 scoops whey a day. Yeah I do tuna/salmon with rice sometimes. Chicken breast. The only macro I count is protein which I try for 120-130g a day, probably should have more. I struggled in then early 70kgs to gain weight then I just made sure I ate more consistently more. I don't have a beach body but I have some mass on my shoulders/arms/chest which is what I want. Abs non-existent but no care

How tall are you? My wrists are also a measly 7 inches so I guess I'm small boned too. Combined with my height ( 6'3) means I need to be at least 200 lbs to not look skinny. Filling out my frame will take at least 3/4 years of consistent lifting tbh ( maybe less since I have some muscle memory), and I don't think I will ever look big/impressive unless I hop on the sazule

It will be a tough road for a hardgainer or ectomorph but you got to find that balance of overloading carbs/calories an not somehow burning all of it an staying lean/small .
Maybe light steroid use just to muscle bulk to help pick up weight?
I mean most of us are already balding so taking tren or whatever hardly going to make it worse

Don't take steroids they make your body ugly

Just get a protein powder or mass gainer
