starting finasteride!

Hi guys,

I was making a post because I am thinking of starting finasteride. I had been taking it up until July at varying doses for 6 months and experienced sexual sides while taking it. I wanted to ask if I experienced sides the first time taking it, am I bound to experience sides if I give it another shot?

There are some reports of guys who had sides, then quit and waited till everything went back to normal again and started taking it again, but at a very low dose. After some time they increased the dose bit by bit. I remember one or two reports of guys that even managed to go back to 1 MG in the end with no sides. Was searching for these reports a few weeks ago when I was obsessed with my own sides but couldn't find them anymore. I think one of them was discussed on that bald truth talk radio thingy.

was taking 0.5 mg EOD for most of the time

From what ive read the more you lower testosterone the more you higher estrogen female sex hormone lower the estrogen higher the testosterone
higher estrogen more gyno and sexual side effects a bolding person has lets say 80% testosterone 20% estrogen a normal non bolding person may have
50/50 0r 60/40 finasteride also effects people different in different doses think its all about getting the balance right and not a lot is knowing about the maoi effects with other things try 0.25mg twice a day morning and night lets us know if it makes a difference
