Hey guys,
I stopped using finasteride 2 months ago because I started developing gyno (confirmed by doctor). So far I've been using minoxidil and nizoral (As I have been for a few years) but after the 2 months since I've gotten off finasteride it's clear that min and nizoral don't really help a lot and the lack of finasteride is hurting.
My question is: What should I do at this point? I don't want to shave and I don't want to lose my hair.
Should I just stick with min and nizoral and hopes my balding slows down? Or that it ends up working?
Should I microdose finasteride? Would lower doses mean that the gyno wouldn't develop? Or, if gyno is a matter of a sudden change in hormone balance, would microdosing and eventually working up to full dose be helpful?
Should I go back on finasteride and take some supplements to prevent estrogen conversion?
Am I fucked?
Thanks
