I think you should stay on a keto shampoo man, it definitely helps keep your scalp clean/healthy and some debate that it helps with regrowth. Look into Regenepure.

LOL it's a cox inhibitor, and a topical one at that, if anything it hinders regrowth. There is evidence to suggest it can help maintain though. I would never suggest using Nizoral on it's own or only in combination with Minoxidil, if you're going to use it you have to use it with something else that can actually maintain like finasteride, or you're just hindering your hair.

Now that's some b*ll****. Do you have any proof that Nizoral hinders hair growth?

Stupid ungrateful invalids. Still "some bull****"???

Or are you about to tell me that the great "mert can" knows better? These studies have been around for ages, educate yourself before talking to me again you moron.

It's not the big 3 anyway, idk why that originated. It is the big one that actually helps prevent loss and then that one that works really well for 20% and barely at all for the rest, and the one that does next to nothing.

I didn't know it was COX inhibitor. In the past, every time i stopped it, a few days later my shed increased.
Now that im on my new regimen, ill try to stop it and see if it affects anything.

I don't know but nizoral worked wonders for me. Then again I had serious excess sebum, I had rashes on my scalp and it itched and hurt like hell. Nizoral took care of it. I wouldn't hesitate in using it again if I ever go back to that state.

I think nizoral is perfect for the grease balls out there, me included.
I use it every three days or whenever I feel like my hair is started have a grease build up.

I use Regenepure DR daily, which contains Ketoconazole, and I haven't found the ingredient itself to cause issues to my hair. SayifDoit and mr.patches, I do believe Nizoral is a decent shampoo to use if you're prone to excessive greasiness of the scalp, it can really help for some cases.

Nizoral is great for controlling scalp oiliness and for treating dandruff, but I personally am skeptical of whether it actually works to any significant extent as a treatment for male pattern baldness. There doesn't seem to be a great deal of evidence to go on, and I would question the reliability and validity of the small amount of evidence that there is available.

Having said this though, there's little to lose by including it in your regimen, because it is so little hassle to apply and you need to shampoo your hair anyway, so by all means use it if you so wish.
