Topical Finasteride 0.25% decreases scalp DHT by ~71%. That’s pretty good if you consider that I used only 0.05%(5 times less) which inhibits ~52% and I got results.

wow 71%? That's more than oral dutasteride actually. How much DHT does 0.5% decrease?

Topicals can be great. I always believe in topical solutions. Of course, oral+topical seems the best combo for me if someone can handle the side effects.

Check you ACE as well! You know that vasoconstriction can lead to a reduction of your minoxidil efficacy. This test seems to get everything right. As I said, I was amazed when I done this test by the accuracy and what I experienced as well. You need extra vasodilators.

I lost ground, mate, and I am still losing. A miracle happened and I got pretty good results. I thought like a fool that I would have won some time, but oh my, how fool I was. Balding aggressively it’s horrible… I tried different things. I am trying as much as I can and I will keep trying no matter what! Oral Finasteride+Topical Finasteride+Topical Minoxidil.

I’m just suggesting according to the test as well. I think they would be good additions to your stack. It’s up to you, though.

You cant get prescription medication by walking into a pharmacy store and ask for bicaclutamide or dutasteride, you need to talk to a doctor first and he may or may not prescribe you it.
