Supplementing Finasteride With Saw Palmetto?

Before I jumped on finasteride a little over 3 months ago, I was doing this whole natural herbal kick. Until I got fed up with taking a slew of pills and finally caved. I took a solid 1000mg of saw palmetto and (cant remember mg) of pumpkin seed oil, after a few months I did notice my hair looked healthier and thicker. after about 6 months which was when I quit, I noticed my hair fall slowed down, I would say it was there but more stable? I would love to give it a try but wasnt sure if finasteride and saw palmetto would risk sides, I did read in a few places that some that had no sides on finasteride suddenly ran into some libido issues (which I believe resided immediately upon quitting).

I was thinking of going back to a light regimen myself, only being 13 weeks or so on finasteride and just seeing more and more hair fall than ever now. No clue what happen, maybe im in shed mode but I think i'll give a low dose of the SP a try. I'll let you know if I go bald and grow a tail overnight after starting the stuff. lol. Good luck.

Thanks man! I think I'm not going with saw palmetto. I started using minoxidil twice daily again, also added spectral DNC-N mid day to my regimen. Lets see if that will stabilize things. If not, I think I'm gonna go see my doctor for a Dutasteride prescription.
