Please look at my test results and feel free to share your opinion.
My doctors said I have high antibodies (hashimoto) but stated everything else and the hormones are fine and that this alone doesnt cause hair loss. My hair falls like rain I lost most of it and I don't know whats wrong.
I'm 23 female. No trace of thyroid issues in my family.

They are in my language but there's a translation too in English. Thank you for checking this!

Your immunity might be attacking your hair follicles.

The following treatments might be able to help you. These were the only treatments that I could find that are currently treating this.

Treatment options include corticosteroids (topical or injected), topical immunotherapy, and JAK inhibitors.

I hope this helps you. I am unfamiliar with this issue because my baldness is caused by genetics (androgens and age).

I do know there is a new drug coming to the market for this. Unfortunately, I don't know what the side effects are for it.

Hey there, I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Hair loss at 23 can feel overwhelming, especially when it’s sudden and doctors can’t give you a clear answer. Hashimoto’s and elevated antibodies can sometimes cause hair shedding (even if thyroid levels look “normal”), especially during flare-ups. Autoimmune inflammation may still affect your hair cycles.

Also, stress, nutrition, and even past medications (like birth control) could play a role. You’re not alone — a lot of people here are dealing with complex causes that don’t always show up clearly on lab work. Keep pushing for answers and don’t be afraid to get a second opinion from an endocrinologist or functional doctor.

Sending you good vibes — you’re not crazy and you’re definitely not alone.

Since it's not hormonal or pill-related, have you checked for nutrient deficiencies like iron, zinc, or vitamin D? Sometimes they get overlooked but play a big role in hair loss, especially with autoimmune issues.
