Has anyone experienced some form of testicular pain after 1 1/2 months on Propecia?

I am not sure if it is the medication or something else.

I love this forum. Yeah I was gona ask this same question, my left nut has had a dull pain for a few days/week or so now. I've been on finasteride for about a month and a half. Was starting to feel around for testicular cancer or something, glad to read this is a normal side effect.

Just so you know, testicular cancer is often not detected by pain, but instead by a lump.

prothik's just a consealer spray. I only like it because it's an arosol can and goes on quickly. Just spray it on and comb it in and it looks great except it leaves your hair kind of... dry looking... at least in good light. Ive read Toppik is good too, and Courve (spelling?), I just prefer prothik because I can apply it in about a minute.

I would just like to know how many others have experienced a dull ache.

I had pain in my left nut for 3 straight months. I could not stand it anymore and had to get off the drug at that point.

Yeah it's my left nut that's been naggin me, too.

You know it's funny you mention that! Most people that I have talked to that have experienced "nut pain" on finasteride always seem to say that it's the left one that they had the problem with. Hmmmmmmm..........kinda weird!!

I also suffer from CLNP (Chronic Left nut pain). I hate it and it pisses me off. Every time I blow my load my nut has a dull pain as well. I hope this is normal

i've had occasional testicular pain and prostate problems when I was taking saw palmetto  i went to urologist and he was surprised.
explanation: saw palmetto, although supposed to alleviate prostate problems, actually irritated it.

I had mild Nutacheâ„¢ during the first 2 or 3 months, not too distracting just a mild ache every now and again, dissapeared never to return.

This is common as your hormones adjust to the introduction of finasteride (propecia)

glad to report my nuts have been pain-free for several days. Maybe it's cuz i stopped beating it so much -- kept losing so much hair from it.
