pfft... get yer ears movin' ya bunch o' dickheads. Try moving them while your heads on your pillow, you should feel something, the muscle's there it's just not feeling well. You have to concentrate on moving your ears backwards, not your scalp moving. There is no spoon.

Tofu jelly, that's where it's at.

Hi ya'll dickheads!

To the original Poster: I started 5% spironolactone cream 3 days ago, and I could tell the difference next day...it really calms down that weired feeling and Trust me I've had it for Years - now its almost gone. Since that day I've hardly scratched my scalp at all! BTW, I shave my head so its a lot easier for me to rub the cream all over the head...so I'm probably getting loads of it into my scalp.

ghg: Where did you get those scalp exercises from? I'd like to give them a try!

from http://www.Hairloss-reversible.com . Still can't do the scalp massage. Glad that spironolactone helped you too, damn I can't wait to get mine! It might be the missing ingredient to achieve a healthy scalp.

Nah ya'll dickheads... ya nuthin... ya dickheads.

I noticed the sore feeling go away within days of using spironolactone. I was laoding up my scalp at first with it and then started getting real dizzy after a month so I started just using a morew moderate amount. It really does make the scalp feel great tho.

You are all effin dickheads tho.

He's asking for 25 bucks. Are the exercises worth it?

He tells you how to do them on the website, you only have to pay $25 so he can send you a cd of him doing them if you're too retarded to read his approach and do them yourself.

Basically, what I'm saying is you are an idiot.

I did'nt bother reading the website because not being a moron  I already know that the old scalp massage theory is a complete load of wank. :thumbdown2:
Still theres always a few gullible fools who'll send $25 to some unscrupulous quack. :shakehead:

Ahhhh, when this feeling dissipates it's just otherworldy. Like it's not my scalp anymore but a floating cushion on my brain that I can poke and prod to my heart's content. So luverly compared to that awful, tight, irritated feeling like I'd just bashed my head on a metal pole, climbing through a gate.

I'd almost forgotten how it felt to touch my head and have it feel 'normal'. :listen:

There's definitely some sort of inflammatory reaction related to hair loss. I had a similar sore feeling in my follicles, or 'tight hat' as others have described it. I think that's why an anti-inflammatory shampoo is so important in any hair loss regimen.

The SE has nothing to do with scalp massaging. The exercise is clearly described in the site's body and although it is hard to gain control of the occipitalis muscles, it is quite possible. I started the SE 7 months before starting on chemical treatments and it definately got rid of the itch. It could make sense as it is supposed to increase lymphatic drainage in the scalp area. oh, and have not paid a $ either.
