The Role Of Diet And Sleep In Hair Loss?

Because of my current schedule, I'm often running on 3-4 hours of sleep a day and often just 1 meal a day. I also noticed as of the past few months thay my density has had a huge impact, which is a change compared to my usual slow recession. I thought maybe there is a link between these two? If there is, since I'm susceptible to male pattern baldness, does this mean it won't grow back?

Hey man i remember when i started working last year i was on a similar schedule.
My hair became real thin and i was thinning daily.
My hair is receding and i'm not on any treatments (yet). However, my hair is thicker than it was back then.
Make of this what you will

Bad diet, not enough sleep , use of hair products is not the reason of permanent hair loss. It's all genetics. Nothing you can do about it.

Everyone, hairloss or not, should be getting the requisite sleep and eating a good diet if they want to look their best.

Insufficent sleep and poor diet can lead to myriad health problems. I would ignore the advice of anyone on here who claims that it wouldn't affect hair loss.

Cope. Hair loss is not solely genetic. Environmental factors play a highly underestimated role in hair loss. Chronic inflammation caused by dietary and lifestyle habits and heightened sensitivity to androgens cause a positive feedback loop in which fibrosis, calcification and cell death occurs at different parts of the body (especially the scalp).

I want to point out the idiocy of your comment. Tens of thousands of men around the world have halted their hair loss with drugs like finasteride. Clearly there are treatments to prevent and possibly regrow hair. Although the current treatments aren't perfect, they are proof that hair loss is neither permanent nor unavoidable.

Humble yourself, you aren't as smart as you think you are and learn to keep your piss poor attitude to yourself.

Hair loss happened due to so many reasons like environmental factors, Genetics or improper heath diet. If you have to take proper diet which enriched of protein and vitamin B and C helps to grow hair better. Proper caring of hair like cleaning of hair and oiling will also help to protect from hair loss.
