I'm strongly considering starting to use oral Seti (shout out to westonci) to at least attempt to maintain what i have. Obviously with any sort of internal drug, the systemic effects can be very far reaching. I just wanted to share this paper and get some opinions from the more scientifically minded, objective people (without the wishful thinking that usually accompanies prospective new treatments).
What's the theoretical risk/reward ratio of taking oral Seti / Fevi? I know there were safety studies done, but AFAIK those were not long term...can the risks possibly outweigh something like finasteride, for example? Did we miss anything? Obviously doing as much research as possible would lead to a more favourable outcome....
