Btw, I really do have a twin brother and even though we are fraternal, we seem to have the same hair and male pattern baldness genes, unfortunately. My brother has not been treating his hair loss, but I have been. Our loss both started at the same time. My hair overall appears considerably better than his especially in the front. So I have a unique way of guaging my treatment.

I want pics of that...NOW! man you guys can also be models for propecia results....

"twin brothers results, in the left: the hair of the twin with propecia, in the right: the hair of the twin without propecia"

you guys can make money.... yes... yes

Well, I don't have any photos of him readily available.
He really doesn't care about his hair loss as much as I do for whatever reason. I have suggested to him to start the same treatments I am using and he probably will soon.

I stopped Propecia after 9 months and am now on minoxidil/spironolactone. I personally am not thinking about Propecia anymore, although it did give me results.

how long have you stopped propecia??? if you stop, you result might be lost in a few months... i don't think spironolactone can maintain what propecia have done...

i think Doctor Lee spironolactone should smell better than mine...

I stopped Propecia nearly 5 months ago. I jumped on minoxidil right away and for the past month have been using spironolactone 5% cream also. I am looking to change to spironolactone 2% solution for better coverage. I feel I have been able to more or less maintain what I have since stopping Propecia. Maybe some thinning in crown and front but not any real recession of hairline.

Why do you feel that the spironolactone (especially in liqud form) with good coverage cannot be a substitute Propecia?

To the OP, I hate to say it but you look like a homo either way. No haircut in the world is going to fit well with those effeminate facial features. If you are gay then you might be able to attract some gay men but if you're straight, you're in trouble.

This is precisely why he feels he needs to be demeaning the O.P. There is always an underlying reason like that.
