Be careful with Pantene - it can eventually rob your hair of all its natural oils and f*** it up.

Thanks for the heads up on that! Have you used the stuff yourself Neil?

Not for years.

It works well initially but it leaves something in your hair to make it look soft and shiny. After a a few months of use my hair dried out and it was horrible.

I actually think this can happen with a lot of shampoos.

This is news to me. I have never had a problem with Pantene at all. I have been using this Full and Thick stuff for a couple of months and my hair has never looked as good with any other shampoo. I have heard alot of people diss on Pantene, but I think its more like one person says it and it gets repeated over and over again. I don't see how it could be worse than any other shampoo. They all contain harsh sulfates.

In my opinion, and that of my hair stylist, any shampoo that you use all the time will start to screw up your hair. I'm not claiming to be a proffesional stylists but......

I personally use 3 different types of shampoo Crew Thickening Shampoo, Herbal Essense Thickening Shampoo and Physique Volumizing shamppo. Of the (3) I would have to say without a doubt that Physique makes my hair look the best. I think this is a really good shampoo to thicken. I also use the Crew Copper shampoo.

Anyway, getting back to my origianl point. The reason I have 3 shampoos in my shower is becasue my hair dresser, and others, have said you should switch shampoos. Basically I just choose in the morning which one I want to use. If you use the SAME shampoo all the time it will dry out and make your hair look like crap.

For the money though, I suggest people try

It's good stuff. I know this sounds like an advertisement but its not. I usually get it at S&S supermarket for about $10, nice to see you can get it cheaper though.
