I am mostly losing in the front and it keeps getting worse. Think finasteride could help this?

Finasteride to keep your hair and Minoxidil to regrow it is a good combination. You're a diffuse thinner so this will work great for you.

In only one of your photos does it look like you might have some hair loss. I suggest getting it confirmed by a dermatologist. If you do actually have hair loss, its basically finasteride or nothing until something better comes along.
