Hi all

I always had really thick nice hair and this year is started to thin VERY fast, nobody in either side of my family is balding. I thought it could had been from putting my body under a decent amount of stress from last year which I had to relocate, work 2 jobs and goto school.... probably sleeping about 4 hours a night and not eating the best. Now my hairline is thinning on each side and not sure if that comes from stress on the body along with crown of my head. :(

I started taking Biotin 5000mcg 1 a day for 3 months and didnt notice any improvement

Then moved to Nixion recharge complex for 3 months, still shedding

3 months ago i get some cortisone shots then the next month got some more, no improvement

In May i started using rogaine foam and Progaine - Volumizing Shampoo not sure it i took it long enough to see real results but it wasnt getting any better and my confidence went to zero and decided to try Hair club . Got there and she said I was the perfect candidate for the EXT hair therapy and after using them for a month I feel kinda cheated.... I dont think its anything special in the shampoo, cleaning spray or conditioner, just the 5% Minoxidil which I could had got myself.

Im at the point where im wondering if i should start a new regimen

Propecia
Minoxidil 15% & Azelaic Acid 5% DHT Inhibitor from Perfect Image Solutions
Nixion Therapy Recharging Complex
Progaine - Volumizing Shampoo

or finish out the 5 months of hair club

Any suggestions would help, im completely new to this and beyond devastated, my confidence went to zero due to this.... its even hard for me to approach or take out women now :(

I heard hair club was a scam.

Anyway, how long have you been using your current regimen? It seems like a good regimen to maintain what you have. Why haven't you added Nizoral?

Get back on propecia and use Nioxin shampoo. Don't expect it to be some miracle cure that will get you all of your hair back in a month, 2 months, or even 6 months. It's a long and slow process. Your hairs usually need to shed out and regrow stronger a few times before you'll notice anything.

Do it, stick with it, and hopefully the results will come.
