2) Where can i get them from (in in the UK)

flatpro,
propecia and minoxidil are the main two thing you should be on. minoxidil is only if you want to regrow hair that you are losing or already lost. if you can live with the loss and just want to maintain then dont start rogaine because it is a pain in the ***.
1) nizoral is part of the big 3 for hairloss(propecia and minoxidil are the other two). nizoral helps keep the scalp healthy and has been shown to slow hairloss.
2) not sure but there are plenty online stores that sell them
3) you can use them with pretty much anything else you want. might want to try tricomin for a healthier scalp, there are different types of minoxs made, and some people take vitamins and such like saw palmetto

I've been hearing that minoxidil. is also very good at maintaining the hair that you have left too .. and not just for regrowth .. but i also hear stuff like this that says minoxidil is only good for regrowth .. So which one is it!?!??

In some cases, minoxidil alone manages to regrow hairs at the same rate as other hairs minituarize and disappear, creating an illusion of maintaining.

Of course, there can always be cases where minoxidil completely halts the male pattern baldness-process, but that would be a rare scenario.

(In my opinion.)
