yes, welcome to my world - actually, the more i thin, the more i notice other people with the same type of hair loss. i started shedding at age 22 and am now approaching 30. i used the big 3 for most of time i've been losing it, to some degree anyway (not always on them all at once, but pretty consistent with finasteride). anyway, sorry to break this to you, but i'd give myself another year or so before i have to completely shave it. A few years ago i went to a #2 buzz. This year i'm down to a #1 and it just keeps getting thinner. its nice to go 8 years with people not really knowing that you are balding, but on the flipside, imo, nothing looks worse than a hairline with no hair behind it!! i was out this weekend and saw a guy with my type hairloss that keeps it short, but not buzzed and it looks pretty hideous. prepare for the shaved look. i'm easing my way into it.
