This has really got me down because it's come out of nowhere. My brother who is 7 years older is fine, and my Dad didn't start until he was 30.

What the f**k is going on!? Should I start on finasteride?

I'm sorry man. Yeah I would start finasteride if it is going really fast. If it is changing very slow then it might not be worth it.

Overall, your hairline is still pretty good. But there is some thinning and slight patchiness in the front that’s forming. I say yes as well. If it’s been a rapid shed, you only have so much time before the follicles completely die off. Don’t wait till it’s too late.
