Didn't know something like this existed. There aren't really reviews for it, and it has been around since 2009 it seems.

If it was any good, it'd be more widespread is my guess.

Why do you think this would be "amazing"?

This product is not advisable for a couple of reasons:

  • any type of minoxidil for treating Androgenetic Alopecia/male pattern baldness (liquid, foam) is supposed to be applied for at least 2 hours for significant results (confirmed). How long do you want to stand in the shower? When rinsing the shampoo out of your hair, you will also rinse out the minoxidil.
  • minoxidil should not be used on a wet scalp because of systemic absorption (confirmed)
  • finasteride needs to be metabolised by the liver to have any effect, thus it needs to be ingested (don't know if this is confirmed, I only read it recently in a post of a forum member who is usually well-informed)

I think it depends on whether or not the minoxidil is in some encapsulated tech or not. Lipoxidil used to have that Salvona Salsphere minoxidil shampoo that was supposed to deposit the minoxidil on the scalp and follicles and release over time. I never used it but I remember one person loving the stuff and saying it left the hair feeling a bit sticky or something- that was supposed to be the product left in the hair after rinsing. :dunno:

Even if it does help how much does it cost?

Their products isn't for sale in the US even through DS labs owns it. Someone already posted a link to a website based in Russia selling for $132. Pretty sure someone can get it cheaper somewhere else.

I bought in Chile for around $35, still, not so sure about it's efficacy, better stick with revita
