Throbbing from minoxidil

hey i take minoxidil and use a laser comb and my results are amazing. im close to a full recovery and my thin spots are getting thicker all the time, even with short hair.

i know u are supposed to take minoxidil every 12 hours applied directly to the scalp. when i forget to do this, one specific spot on the front left center of my scalp will throb and throb until i apply the minoxidil.

The throbbing is not painful but it is noticable and i never miss an application because it is uncomfortable to deal with the throbbing.

im posting this because i have not heard of anyone else dealing with this problem but i assure u it is very real for me. NOTE the throbbing pain is not coming from a bald spot rather, where my hair starts to look significantly thicker.

That can't be from minoxidil. I've heard minoxidil causes it when you apply it, but not if u miss an application. Talk to ur Doctor incase its another problem.

By the way, how long have you been using minoxidil/Laser. Are you using anything else? Do u have any before or after.. I'm really curious since I also have stratedt his regimen.

uh i used to used propecia/finasteride but got medeocre results. i then started using minoxidil and after about 3 months i stopped using propecia and started using the laser comb. as soon as i did this my hair growth increased measurably. i know this because i was expecting to see some really bad hair loss after stopping propecia.

also i take daily supplements. 1500 saw palmetto, 5000 mg biotin, d3, vegetable extract, fruit extract, and soy isoflavones. tryin to keep it natural cuz that propecia sh*t will f*** u up... so really the only true medicine i use is minoxidil and my results are crazy. few weeks back i buzzed my head and everyone told me it looked so good yesterday my friend asked me if i was starting to lose my hair i laughed and said yea maybe, but little did he know my hair was fuckin gone up front now it just looks a little light.

but yea the throbbing it deff comes and goes. when i use the minoxidil it throbs but when i dont it throbbs worse. whenever i use it it goes away shortly after ... :(

it like stimulates the bloodflow to the folicile or somthin i think... anyway its deff legit cuz there are whole laser hair growth clinics popping up all over the place its not like the comb is just some attempt to trick ppl

in fact, i think besides rogaine its the only hairloss treatment approved by Food and drug administraiton or somthing like that.
