As I was looking through the lab result I first got after noticing hairloss/thinning I noticed my TSH was 3.33 which was considered normal for this test range was 0.34-4.82 mu/L, I was looking online and it said that the new range is 0.3-3.0, could this be the most probable cause pf my hair shed? Im losing hair in diffuse pattern losing hair from sides as well and no receding hairline as of yet and its almost been a year

3.3 TSH is not high enough to cause hairloss or be classified as hypothyroidism. it might be sub-clinical hypo but endocrinologists (the good ones) wont treat you at all until you show over a course of a year a steady TSH of over 8.
