Either oral finasteride and 5% minoxidil or bald, your choice, the longer you wait the harsher the disappointment because nothings left to rescue.

Heres my advice.

You have to try 1mg oral daily or every other day. If you are afraid of sides I would proceed like this.

- atleast 1x daily minoxidil 5%
- atleast every three days 1-1.25mg finasteride
- add ru 5% and ketoconazole to your topical finasteride and use it every other day

As you see in the chart finasteride needs 5-6 days so the result will be pretty much the same. But imo it does not f*** around with you because it feels like an extra in combination with the other treatments.

I wouldn't start on 15% or 30% minoxidil, go with 5% first and up the dose at a later point if need be.

I have been on 5% since I was 23, minoxidil 5% + nizoral since I was 26, I am turning 29 in 1 month.

minoxidil is sh*t. I became very hairy on it, indistinguishable from an ape.
