Tired of buildup plugs in hair!!

I have had it with running my fingers along my scalp and feeling all these hard plugs of buildup/oil in my pores and follicles. Anyone had success in getting rid of these?

I know they shouldn't cause hair loss but they cant help either and would like a clean scalp with no buildup?

Densiti/equol I believe improved my scalp no end. It also could have been abstaining from sex/masturbation or improved diet, etc, but I think it was the Densiti! My scalp is much softer and calmer now, it's actually MANAGEABLE for once! lol

I have those too. Well, used too. I think I have less because of the salicylic acid in my shampoo (T/gel Forte).

Well I hate to bump an old thread but I am still having this problem and want to see if anything new has come down the pike. I would also love to minimize the excess oil/sebum along my temples.

Any products??
