I have tried a search but its tough to find anything without being able to search topic title only, so i am sure this has been coverd.

I am thinking of giving folligen a go, i am most concerned about my hairline right now but think it would also be good to use on my vertex at times. Should i get the cream or lotion for my hairline and temples and then get the 2oz spray for my vertex, or should i just get the 8oz spray for all around. Also do you use this product daily and do you apply before or after minoxidil. I use minoxidil in the morning and night, would it be best to put the folligen on in the after noon?

how long have you been using minoxidil? i had a bad reaction when i used both minoxidil and folligen because they both contained ppg and it irritated my scalp severly. I had to give them both up. I know folligen is cheaper then tricomin, but i've used both and i like the tricomin better. plus the tricomin doesnt contain ppg. hope that helped.

Ditto what kevin said, i used both and much preferred Tricomin, not only is it easier on the scalp i believe it works better too.

would i want to apply this before or after the minoxidil. I thought i read an interview that said folligen should go on first but gourmetstylewellness.com say after minoxidil so i would assume the application of tricomin would be the same.

Would also adding some emu oil maybe just to the hairline be recommended if so when would i apply that with minoxidil and tricomin. Also is the american crew spray just as good our shuold i just spend the extra 20 bucks and get the tricomin and how long can i expect the spray bottle on this site to last?

I dont think it makes a lot of difference but my rule is to apply the less greasy products before the more greasy ones so that the greasy ones don't "block" absorption by creating a barrier on the skin.

So in your case I would apply Tricomin first then minoxidil, then emu oil.

I've never used AC products but I believe Tricomin is stronger.
