I'm nearly the same norwood as you are and i consider trying oral estriol combined with sexual abstinence and caffeine withdrawal and see how it goes.
Fina and minoxidil didn't work for me.

holy chit, how long have you been on? if youve been taking the meds for less than a year i wouldnt be surprised that you keep seeing regrowth up until the 2-3 year mark

Hi every1 just hoping for some advice. Been balding for 2-3 years, was advised by everyone to accept and embrace it so never got on finasteride or any meds.

Lately beginning to dislike it more due to the thinning reaching a point where it sometimes looks horse-shoe bald in certain light.

Anyone reckon it's too late to get on meds or not? Seeing as I've lost a fair bit

You could put up some better pictures but overall I think you're in okay shape! Good head for a shaved one or to even get your hair back... My ex GF (nurse) told me to take Finasteride when I was 25... I ignored it until I was about 30 and that was my biggest regret! I kept it all since then and recently had a Hair transplant. Get on FInasteride man... My sex drive has never been higher and I feel great in life. No need for this to affect you mentally.

I think you look great with the shaved head.
I wouldn’t worry about taking meds.

Im using finasteride since a year and my hairloss hasn’t improved , still shedding massive loads of hair in the shower (might work great for you though, no one nows).
Although I have no sides, it definitelty changes your hormonal balance .. just had my blood checked and my testosterone levels are way above the upper limit and keep getting higher with every blood test.
Because finasteride blocks the conversion in DHT and testosterone has no way to go any more.. also my Adiol G levels are now below the absolute minimum

I don’t know if this is worth it. Although I have no sides (yet) you’re playing games with your hormonal balance.

Thick neck, wide jaw, good facial hair and prominent brow. You're one of the few that could probably look good bald.

Save your money and time. There is nothing currently available that is going to grow you a noticeable head of hair. I've yet to see actual photos of anyone taking anything that does.
