I'll play ball with you just because I like to help people.

You can find even Norwood 7 patients now with barely passable donor areas who are getting satisfactory results with hair transplants.

People nuking their endocrine systems with extreme regimens at a Norwood level that can comfortably be fixed is absolutely asinine.

What is your counter argument to this I would be very keen to hear it.

The only one would be lack of financial resources or long waiting lists to access the top surgeons, but they have off market rates that can get you to skip the line even in those situations.
The lengths anti-5ari people will go to justify not taking 5aris is astonishing.

I'm slowly on my way to NW7... you can see the balding half way down the back, about two inches down the sides as well. Same with my brothers and my dad. How would I get a satisfactory result? I think very diffused thin possibly with a top surgeon without butchering the donor area possibly. That being said, you're right about nuking your hormones and turning into a weak little feminine boy for hair is f*****g crazy.
Research Dr. Felipe Pittela and Dr. Zarev, they have revolutionized what can be done with high norwood patients.

Eugenix used to be very good for this but they have turned into a hair mill somewhat recently.

I know them they do a great job. But at the end of the day I would still end up with very thin hair. Which I would actually consider because I would just buzz it .5 guard anyways
Just don't waste a lot of grafts on the crown as it won't anything for facial aesthetics

Guys that I know irl who have an NW4 hairline with a fully intact crown are still perceived as just bald.

As long as you use most grafts for the hairline you'll be good.

With a thin donor a lot of things are possible. Check out this guy mtb he has a YouTube interview with the hair restoration network moderator and made a detailed thread on the other forum, he was a Norwood 7 with thin donor hair characteristics and now looks like Ryan gosling.

Update when you buy from them. Would be good to know if they are really legit
Yo, I know I'm a year late. I bought some Rutinib cream, its actually legit. You're dealing with a Bangladeshi on the other side so they're rude, but that's typical. Starting the JAK inhibitor freaks me out a bit since I'm going in blind. Ill test it on a small spot only for proof that it works.

DUPA really feels like a different beast. JAK inhibitors sound promising for some, but long-term data is scarce. Has anyone tried combining low-dose oral minoxidil with microneedling for DUPA specifically? Could that help even if DHT blockers fail?

Minoxidil topically is a vasodilator.. Lasts for 1 hour… Internally may help. Microneedling helps .5 ml sufficient..
But the fundamental problem is DHT contributes to fibrosis in scalp by inflammation— stiffening, thinning, hardening scalp— which lessens blood flow 24/7 to follicles. Microneedling helps break up fibrosis..but only alternative to drugs is significant massage of scalp to get the blood flowing evenly again.
Males bald where tension is most severe.
Top of head & forehead..
The thicker the hairs —the stronger they are.. Fine thin hairs are more vulnerable

Did you get to try the rutinib?

Did you get to try the rutinib?
Not yet, due to vacations happening I didn't use it. Before I try it I'm gonna try RU, and after 1 month RU I will give an update on hair situation. I'm going on vacation in 20 days so I don't want a shed to ruin my already badly thinning hair.

Ill list my plan here for anyone who responds I get updates on the post, this will be my regimen after vacation:

-Adding RU at one of two concentrations: 2ML of either 50mg/ml, or 2ML of 25mg/ml. I have to decide on dose since I have to cover the full scalp.
-If no signs of less shedding on month 1 of RU, I will apply rutinib cream to one spot on my scalp to see if it works. If no signs of reduced shedding, will drop the rutinib.
-After this, will add OM. OM gave me massive regrowth last time on my temples. If I need to, will add 50mg spironolactone, will not go any higher.

This is my plan for now starting september 7. My shedding has drastically increased since April of this year for some reason, which means my balding is getting aggressive.

I have yet to decide if I will buy this U:BERNA from the OliX company. Its like SAMIRNA, but hopefully this time it isn't a full blown scam.. Only one way to find out.
