topical aplication, very interesting issue, but when in humans?

This is preclinical phase, after this, they had to apply for New experimental drug with US FDA,after than phase I trial will start on Normal healthy humans(not patient or bald person) to know only the pharmacological profile of drug and not its efficacy and then in phase 2,they will use it on human (only 50-200) so it will take huge time.

I just saw a similar article on CNET. Yet another false hope for those of us running out of time. Even if it did work, we'll never know about long term effects until those of us that took it were already affected by them. I would love to believe that a simple topical solution could change our luck forever, but I'm not going to hold my breath. God forbid it did work... the money they would charge...

Does anyone actually still believe in a drug that is going to work extremely well for Androgenetic Alopecia in terms of reversal? I highly doubt it. Regenerative therapy will be the future.

I agree... this may work on people with miniaturized hair but for those of us who have been balding for a while I highly doubt there will ever be an effective/simple "one & done" style of treatment.
