Hi, noticed I was thinning at the crown region last year, and have been wondering what to do about it. Currently I'm on 2% Nizoral twice a week, and I'm thinking of adding topical spironolactone as part of my treatment. I am a 20 years old male this year, and I would like to know of your experiences with topical spironolactone so far?
1) How long have you been using topical spironolactone?
2) Did you encounter any sides?
3) Most importantly, did it help you maintain your hair?
My hair loss isn't really that bad yet, so I would like to simply maintain my hair for now.
