What is the general feeling of how spironolactone works compared to finasteride for stopping hair loss and regrowth?

Are there any sides of topical spironolactone?



Any at-home remedies for making your own topical spironolactone from the pills? Like how many pills, how much liquid and what liquid to use, etc, etc...

There doesn't appear to be any systematic sides reported in studies or by users.

Check posts on this forum, many guys are making their own mix.

Searched around on this site as well as many others, can't seem to find a reliable way to make my own spironolactone cream, everyone says different, Any ideas???
