Hello, can I apply the cream and wash my hair an hour later? Or how long should I wait? Thanks for any advice

No, you should keep it on your head as long as possible. Topical spironolactone blocks androgen receptors in your scalp so it'll do no good unless it remains on your head and should be applied twice a day if possible.
