Toppik and girls (catch 22)

I am NW5 diffuse. I would say I have about 40% density. Basically with toppik I can make myself look like a NW1. So when I go out to the club or meet a cute girl at school she's really into me.

But whenever we get serious and start having sex and she starts spending the night between showering and sleeping the toppik runs off or it's not there for me.

So idk what to do?

Uh ... how about not wearing it to begin with? You won't get as many girls because you won't deceive as many. But atleast you won't be in the situation you are in. IDK, just a thought.... :dunno:

Because I want to feel wanted. Why would you not wanna look and feel your best?

Try not to use toppik at beginning.

The reasons:
1. The girl will eventually know that you are using toppik. It is embarrassing.
2. I shed more when using toppik. (everybody is different. may be you are not.)

Don't sweat it. Toppik is really good at lasting through the night. In fact, I regularly go without washing and a single coat of Toppik for an extra day. If you are that worried about everything, I suggest you go with DermMatch as well as Toppik. DermMatch is a lot better at holding on, but be weary of the painted scalp look!

I disagree with this, because we all have secrets at the beginning. I'm sure your girl is keeping a few things from you. If you show her without your concealer too early, she may think "whoa what else is this guy hiding from me?". I would wait until she knows that you better.

If you guys are getting serious, I would eventually tell her. I wouldn't wait until long into the relationship (ie past a year if it gets that long) because she may be upset that you kept a secret that long.

Yeah thats right, we're all shaving our legs these days and borrowing our girlfreinds make up - they love it!

Whatever year it is women do and always will want stong confident men, men who can accept their looks.
It is and has always been the way, women grow up to be FEMININE from an early age they are taught to dress up and wear make up/do their hair.

Men are encouraged by society to do the opposite to be strong and confident - MASCULINE. Masculine and feminie are 2 opposite things. What cant you understand about this?

And dont try and make this into an issue of hygene or staying in shape, those are 2 totally different things to using cosmetics to improve appearance.

BUT in terms of hairloss i disagree entirely

mainly becuase we are trying to finda cure for it, and if its pre-mature male pattern baldness we should fix it.

its nto as if we're trying ot find cure to make men look better or something.

we shouldn't be loosing our hair YOUNG, the social idea of one loosing hair yet being young at the same time is IMO a social wrong, something we are triyng ot correct

so we are trying to find a cure for this infliction.

i dont think a balding 20 somethign guy that wears a hairpiece is like wrong, i just think baldness is wrong and we are trying to fix it, soon we will have a cure for baldness, and then we wont have this problem.

I'm not saying wether its right or wrong I'm just saying how it is! If you talk to women about men wearing wigs they will think its vain and not very manly. No woman would find it an attractive thing to do. They might think its reasonable for a man to wear one but would they want to date that man? - I dont think so.

Look at the only bald sex symbols guys like Statham and Willis are'nt pretty boys they are rugged masculine men. Statham has a broken nose (I think Willis does too) but are these guys having cosmetic surgery and trying to fix their flaws, do they ponce about with shaped beards and piercings. Niether even has veneers, or waxes their bodyhair - pretty rare for Hollywood.

Really how many guys do you think shave their legs and wear make? The metrosexual thing was just a media phrase coined in the 90's I dont see much of it being used by the guys I see in my life.

Masculine and feminine are not 'social' definitions they are and always have been absolutes.
You should try actually talking to women about how they feel and what they find sexually attractive.
They certainly dont want a man who act like a woman and spends more time preening himself than they do.

I'm sure he does (did) get girls 17 yr old Zac Efron/ justin Bieber fans. But thats not what most women find attractive, especially in the real world.

Justin Bieber gets more chicks than anyone on gourmetstylewellness.com does'nt mean we should all model ourselves on him. Like I said the guy was a model (of some sorts) and looking at the info I got from the search it seemed he got much more gay attention than straight. If he looked like that in a everyday job people would think he was gay or just laugh at him. And looking like that is ok when very young but not really an option once you hit your late 20's. I dont think real women over the age of 25 would find that attractive for a relationship. He's like the male equivelent of Paris hilton, but without the money!

As for your situation how bad can it be at 18? If I was you I'd be trying tratments.

If a woman gets breast implants or some cosmetic procedure, she is "doing it for herself", being strong, woman power.

If a guy gets some cosmetic procedure, he is a loser.

You cant blame them, they have their role in life and we have ours. They are the weaker sex we are the stronger. Believe it or not no matter how much say they want equality in the workplace ect, outside of that they want to play up to this and enjoy all the perks that come with it.
Trust me women dont want some guy who's insecure or a pushover they want a man to be authorititive and confident.
This whole 'metrosexual' and 'new man' in touch with his feminine side theory is bull5hit act like that and she'll soon start looking for a real man elsewhere.

As you mentioned even with the gym women see it as a negative thing, training for competitive sport/fitness is acceptable but purely for appearance is pretty lame. You can blame tv and movies where guys like Brad Pitt work everyday jobs but somehow maintain the body of a chippendale.
Women like fun guys not obbsessives and thats pretty much what you have to be these days to get a good body.

But as I said before women are conditioned by society to be concerned about beauty and being feminine and any woman who does'nt follow this ie does'nt wear make up or shave their legs or care about what they wear is seen as abit weird and not womanly.
And by the opposite terms any man who is overly concerned by that sort of thing is seen as unmanly and effeminate.

Of course we can blame them. As you point out, they want certain things without willing to pay the cost for it (in shape guys), or they claim equality but want the perks of being the weaker sex.

I agree there is a bit of a double standard mate. My female friends and family act as if my concerns about hair loss are me worrying too much or being self conscious, 'hair loss is normal for a man' etc. Not long after you'll find them grumpy because they're having a 'bad hair day' or they 'feel fat', pretty minor issues comparatively!

Most women do like it if a man puts some effort into working out, dressing well etc, and don't like it when a man is sloppy or unfit. They just want it to be part of your routine and not something you obsess over, or that keeps you awake at night, that's what is seen as feminine.
