I am following again my pattern so hard. My temples especially, but the worst thing is that my hair is dying, thinning, and losing diameter. I said it before, I am going backwards after great results and it’s killing me…
Yep I also got great results the first 8 months of treatment. The diffuse thinning is coming back harder and faster now.

I am already trying to get a compound formula with 17α, increased topical Finasteride dosage, etc.
What dosage will you be using?

0.05% too according to my trichotest.
I might increase it to 0.1% after this one. Don't know if my trichologist would want to do it, but if he started with 0.05%, he shouldn't mind to increase to 0.1%.

Worst thing for me is that I dont only suffer from androgenetic alopecia, there is just no way. So any hairloss treatment I throw on my hair wont fix it is my conclusion.

I am thinning even on my donor again. I am preparing a crazy 40-41 blood tests again, all the important hormones and others things. I need to find what the f*** is happening, and you can see my older posts that I am checking hormones, etc constantly.

Bro, you really need to find your diagnosis. Maybe you should go to several trichologist and they might identify your problem. It is not good to keep treating only Androgenic Alopecia if you think you have another problem. You also change your regimen too frequently, that should not be good.

Ye I believe you. Hairloss isnt always only about dht/t. My hair grows super slow everywhere so slow that when my hair sheds it tries to replace it but it grows so slow so it cant Keep Up so u end up with less hair. This is what I think is happening to me. I pull hairs on the sides of my head near crown and even cut 20, from the root and all hairs are thick and strong yet it takes months to grow a cm. Had this problem when I was 28 when hairloss wasnt even bad now 6 years later hair Still grow thick there but still super super slow. Something else is wrong here. I suffer from short hair cycle syndrome for some reason. Thyroid was ok and ferretin too. So im at a loss. Diet is fine too.

Mine it’s the same right now, but plus the aggressive miniaturization! Instead, when the treatments were working efficiently, I was still shedding, but my hair were growing stronger and faster. I was feeling my hair root thicker.

You might need to check other things as well in the blood tests. Believe me, there are so many things and factors that you can check.

Same for me, back 8 months ago, my hair was super easy to style, but now, it is near impossible because hair is so thin, it is just impossible to comb due to the low weight and volume. Windy days are the worst.

I wouldnt know what to ask to test. As I have already been eating a balanced diet over the years of fighting hairloss. Even tried smoothies and nuts...took multivitamins. Everything you can think of. But I did shampoo everyday with hot water and hair is always dry so is scalp maybe im causing breakage and sh*t dunno. I feel generally good sex drive is ok im strong af and scalp dont itch or hurt. So yeah very hard to diagnose.

Not really. But If I had a hormonal problem I would have felt it probably. Or noticed that something was wrong. I may test some hormones but what is most important hormone to check over?
