Treatment Failure Or Critical Phase Before Recovery?

I have almost reached a one year mark for using finasteride and my experience has been very dissatisfying.

Based on the attached photo you can tell how well it has not been working, but the sexual sides have been the most frustrating.

Frequency of morning and public wood drastically decreased. My erections became softer, and sometimes I couldn’t get it in (not up).
Kinda want to have good sex man!!!

I’m really sad because I wanted my hair back so badly. Now what do I do? Do i quit? Do I finish my script? Do I grab minoxidil? do I just own it?

Are you at least maintaining? If so I would say that's a success. You could try minoxidil, it may help.

Thank you for your response. It has been downhill since I’ve started the treatment as a proactive measure. Bad sex isn’t a success, nor is my current hair situation tbh.

Where is the before pics? For young diffuse thinners a lot of times finasteride doesnt work.

Looks like your hair stabalized without getting worse. Is the dik situation really that bad? Ive only been on for 2 months and my libido and hardness is worse but not too bad. Although I havent seen any results yet either.

Hmmm thanks for the positivity.
The dick thing is real which is bad enough. As a teen the phyical closeness would be enough to turn me on. Now I can kiss her and undress her without getting hard. I’m not unable to have sex, but the sex doesn’t seem as worth it.
