Treatments non delivery!!!!!

I need to vent.

I live in Australia. Its a great place but evrything is very expensive. So I order treatments from GourmetStyleWellness in the states.
3 x spironolactone
4month rogain
and some tricomin (it feels nice)

According to USPS tracking number LN259066585US my package was in Grand rapids MI, on the 22nd of March. Its 14 of April.

I understand things can take longer sometimes but this is getting too long and it is impossible to contact USPS from australia with out jumping through hoops. I have tried. They require you to contact the sender and get them to follow it up. I am awaiting reply from gourmetstylewellness.com to see if they can help.

I need my meds and it was not a cheap order.

Anyone got any advice please chime in.

It might take up to a month for an international package to arrive even if it was sent from US.

Once it's in the hands of the post office it's out of the hands of the store. But yeah international orders can take a long time to some countries. Honestly you still have a bit of a wait ahead of you. Germany and Australia seem to take longer than anywhere else.

My main issue (apart from hairloss) is with USPS and not being able to contact them unless you are in the US

Yeah. I cant call them and trying to email them is hard as they require a US address. I used a fake on (which actually exists) but it didnt work.

I'm hoping I'll see my package this week as im out of rogain & spironolactone. Rogain is double the price at pharmacies in Austalia and spironolactone doesnt exist.

I've contacted them from Ukraine before, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to contact them from Australia.

I've called using Skype though so maybe it was seen as a call coming from within U.S.
