Tretitoin (retin-a) And Minoxidil Effectivness

I am currently on 1.1 mg fina 1x a day, 20 mg minoxidil 1x a day, a concoction of topical finasteride, minoxidil, tretinion, and latanprost 1x a day and topical 5% minoxidil 1x a day (plus saw palmetto and pumpkin seed oil just for good measure). I also wash my hair with head & shoulders and apply ketacozonole cream after my shower everyday (if I don't have time for it to dry, I use ketacozonole shampoo instead). I was gaining on the oral minoxidil for a few months but I am now losing ground again.I am just a stubborn case tbh.
