I noticed Dial soap has a foam soap dispenser that uses liquid in the container..

If you buy the cheap 3 month Liquid minoxidil from Costco or Safeway then dump out the soap and clean the container you can use it like Rogaine foam.
Total Cost = $25-30
OR is Rogaine foam a different formula from the liquid stuff?
