Tricomin - does it dry hair out like minoxidil?

Hello all,
Ive been on Propecia for 5 months, and minoxidil (5%) 1x daily for 2 months. I caught my hairloss right away (23 yrs old now), so no bald spots just thinning (hair coverage is good but hairs are finer than they were 2 years ago). Haven't noticed any regrowth, but can't say ive noticed more loss either. Still losing about 5-10 hairs in the shower.
I would like to be using the minoxidil in the morning, but it dries my hair out so bad that it turns into a matted foofy rats nest. I have naturally curly hair that really can't be tamed and looks best if I just hop out of the shower and let it curl. I was thinking about adding tricomin in the morning (and at night I suppose) since I can't use minoxidil in the morning. Does the tricomin spray dry out the hair like minoxidil, or is it more like a leave in conditioner? That I may be able to handle...
Cheers!

I would consider it more of a conditioner. In fact, I really liked what it did for my hair cosmetically, but didn't notice anything as far as improving my existing hair as folligen did. I switched to tricomin becuase I'm a blonde and folligen tinted my hair a slight color of green, even though it did a good job with hair coverage and thickness. I am now on folligen for blondes in a cream form, and emu oil which in that combination is awesome so far.

I'm on tricomin and I like the stuff. It hasn't dried out my hair at all. Btw, get a dropper to apply it. That way it doesn't really get on your hair and you won't waste it either.

Tricomin on it's own dries in 15 minutes or so and it has never dried out my hair. It's a very watery substance when first applied.

I use an old washed out Minoxidil bottle and new dropper form my Tricomin apps.

I use the American Crew stuff! Makes my hair look great, nice, thick, and full. It has more of a conditioning effect. I will never go without it again. It is worth it just for the way it makes my hair look.

American Crew?

Which American Crew product are you reffering to? Any other suggestions for minoxidil-fried hair? I also live and work outside in San Diego, adding the sun doesnt help either.

On another topic, have you guys heard of hair being on a 7-year "cycle"? A few haircutters I've talked to claim that hair can go curly to straight in cycles of 7 years... my hair was straigt in middle school, really curly a few years back, and now less curly and more "limp". trying to figure out if thats an effect of thinning hair or just a natural cycle....
