Things you should do to treat AA:

-Antiandrogens, first and foremost: Finasteride / Dutasteride. Maybe if you are afraid of sides, try topicals: Finastopic, RU, etc.

-Growth stimulants: Minoxidil, Stemoxydine. Both work differently and have a pretty good rate of success.

-Hair vitamins, good food, healthy lifestyle.

-Dermarolling once every 5-7 days (1-1.5 mm), and scalp massages.

-Good shampoo, from the pharmacy. Maybe do Ketoconazol 1-2 times per week.

If you are NW4, do a combination of these and come back in 8 months.
WIll be back in 8 months then.

If a natural compound works it's not hard to make something patentable to mimic it. Bimataprost is just a synthetic form of PGE2. You can be sure that if any natural treatment worked well for hair loss somebody would've replicated it by now. Some of them do work to a small degree, but not as well as minoxidil. Saw Palmetto inhibits DHT, but not nearly as much as finasteride. Keep in mind that natural remedies don't mean safer. If saw palmetto inhibited DHT by as much as finasteride then it would have the same side effect profile.
If you could find some natural remedy that would upregulate growth factors as potently as minoxidil does then it would have side effects just as much as minoxidil. It's not the fact that drugs are synthetic which leads to side effects, it's that they have a powerful modulating effect on the body. In order for a natural remedy to work as well it would also have to have a powerful modulating effect, and that effect would likely be less targeted than a compound that was synthetically created to selectively modulate the body.
I know saw palmetto isnt effective thats why i not interested in it. But you are wrong fro sure about the statement if there are compounds that work better then minoxidil they would have side effects, well it depends if you mean negative or positive side effects. None of the compounds would have any negative side effects thats why i mentioned them.My idea was to find compounds that work as well or even better without any sideeffects. Anyway i will try my formula for 6 months if its not working well i will combine it maxogen x.
Will let you know my results in while

I am not so sure about that, the thing is that the compounds i research should be even better now its maybe better to combine/
Have you ever tried combination therapy?

People on this forum have used some of the strongest AA’s in topical form and they do nothing. Oral AA’s work wonders. Your proposed treatment likely won’t do anything unfortunately regardless of what your found research says.
