Hi everyone. I turned 49 last month and one of my friends said that my hairline is starting to recede. Is it?
Turned 49 recently. Am I starting to go bald?

Lol your friends are jealous. I have had a norwood 2 for 11 years and it doesnt get worse. Chill brother u wont go bald.

Got a new guy at work hes 49 with perfect nw0. He loves beer and dont eat much veggies. But he said he takes alot of vitamin supplements. Its all genes.

I don't think you're going bald, because for 49 years old, your hair is pretty good. My father already had a lot of bald spots at that age.

He also said he dont drink milk. He take calcium supps.
Probably because alcohol lowers T. But damn does it f*** the liver and make the body absorb nutrients less.

It's just good genetics, his brother is 62 and has a full head of hair too. Their maternal grandfather was nw7 but their dad made it to 87 with only a nw3.
